Store Policy

Orders are shipped Monday-Friday. Please allow 1-2 days for processing before your order is shipped.
Due to the nature of the item, for sanitary purposes there are no refunds or exchanges on worn or used products.  In the unlikely event you receive a damaged item, we will gladly exchange or issue a store credit if a return request is submitted within 30 days of the date of purchase. We will need the damaged item returned first in order to proceed with the next steps. If the item looks to be worn or used then a store credit or exchange is automatically denied.
Please visit our Return Center to submit a return ticket and our back office will review the request and determine whether it will be approved or rejected. Please allow 24-48 hours for a response. You will receive an automated email on the decision.

Klarna Payments will need 3-5 business days before shipping to make sure payment fully clears. This is out of EyeCandy Minks LLC’s control. Klarna has their on processing time and we have to ensure that all information matches. We also have to make sure there are no pending holds or fraud risk before shipping for the safety of the business and our customers.
