Shipping Policy

USPS PRIORITY MAIL- 1-3 business day(s)
DHL EXPRESS (INTERNATIONAL)- Usually 2-3 business days but at most 3-5 business days.
Note that the time in transit does not include the time that customs takes to release the order for international shipments.
We will not ship on the following dates below:
Memorial Day
Independence Day
Labor Day
Thanksgiving Day
Christmas Day
Christmas Eve
New Year’s eve
New Year’s day
Processing Time
Please allow 1-2 business days processing time for your order to be shipped. During the holiday seasons  order accordingly due to possible delays and high demand.
Orders are shipped Monday-Friday.  
EyeCandy is not responsible for delays in delivery due to events beyond our control, including shortage of materials, labor strikes, transportation failures or acts of nature. 

*If you place your order before 5:00pm EST on a business day it will be shipped same day. Orders placed after 5:00pm will be shipped the following 1-2 business days. Occasionally, orders will be shipped Saturdays if we are going to be out of the office the following Monday or due to high demand and we couldn’t ship your order in a timely manner. 
Refused Packages
In case of refused packages, you will be held responsible for paying the shipping cost again to resend your package. We do not offer refunds for returned packages. If we never receive the returned mail then we will contact the carrier on your behalf, file a claim for the lost package and reship your order. But, if the package was returned due to invalid address or if the carrier couldn’t get access to deliver the package then you are responsible for shipping cost. We cannot guarantee replacement of lost or stolen packages shipped. All packages will be insured. In case of delays or for any unforeseen issues with your delivery please contact the carrier.
