Orders are shipped Monday-Friday. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing before your order is shipped.
Due to the nature of the item, for sanitary purposes there are no refunds or exchanges on worn or used products.
  In the unlikely event you receive the incorrect item(s) please submit a return ticket. We will need the returned products first before proceeding with any type of exchange, store credit and or refund. We DO NOT accept damaged items any longer due to in-transit damages which falls on the carrier. Any damaged goods would need a claim filed with the carrier. Please reach out to customer service if you need assistance with filing a claim. Any item that looks to be opened, worn or used will not be accepted and if returned as so you will not receive any type of credit, refund or exchange.
