Payments we accept
Zelle: Most financial institutions have this service. Check to see if your bank is listed here.
Email: email@example.com to send payment. It takes less than 5 minutes to sign up if you’re not registered already.
COD: Cash On Delivery (This payment method is only accepted when we are at your location & ready to deliver your order)
Invoice: We can send an invoice via email where you can pay directly with your debit/credit card if you do not have the following methods above. Invoice will be sent from email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Where do we travel?
- South Carolina Locations: Columbia, Bamberg, Orangeburg, Denmark, West Columbia, Lexington, Rock Hill and Sumter.
North Carolina Locations: Charlotte
We encourage a safe place to deliver your goods. Ex Mailbox or Basket. Due to the pandemic we are taking extra precautions. If you have to come out to the vehicle please wear a face mask as the driver may not always have one on. We will only wait 5 minutes if you choose to meet the driver at the vehicle. If you fail to provide a secure delivery area or fail to meet your driver within the 5 minutes time frame your order will be returned and put on hold. You have only 24 hours to reschedule your delivery before your order cancels. If you decide to have your items delivered after 24 hours then you will have to pay another travel deposit. If this happens then a invoice will be sent for payment. We will not redeliver unless traveling fee has been paid.
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR MISSING OR LOST PACKAGES. WE TAKE PICTURES OF EVERY ORDER THAT IS NOT DIRECTLY HANDED TO YOU. WE WILL HAVE RECORD OF EVERY TRANSACTION INCLUDING AND NOT LIMITED TO PICTURES, ORDER NUMBERS AND CORRESPONDENCE.
